Bernardita 'Bernie' Magbal-Madamesila

She is the adopted daughter
of the Arbolarios at the tender age of 3 when her mother
died, 3 years after she lost her real father leaving her
orphaned; however, the Arbolarios fostered and provided
a home for this girl now a very successful woman.

Bernardita Magbal-Madamesila, fondly called 'Bernie' is
an adopted daughter of Mrs. Edovijas 'Vehing' Arbolario
who molded her character to become what a Christian
should really be. The family that shared her struggles
and triumphs over life's adversities.
Mrs. Madamesila finished her Bachelor of Science in
Commerce, Major in Accounting in 1983 at West Negros
College now West Negros University and become a
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at the age of 19.
Thereafter, become the school's Internal Auditor in
1980.
In 1987, Madamesila along with her husband, Milo and
children, Michelle, Mico James and Joseph migrated to
Canada where she worked as Account Management Head of
Mission Hope based in Calgary, Alberta.
Presently, she is the Team Leader and Budget and Finance
Analyst of the second largest pipeline company in
Canada, Alliance Pipeline.
Bernie underscored that she has been parading the
Wesnecan name from day 1 she transferred in Canada,
consequently gaining her colleagues' respect and
admiration. She proved the Wesnecan spirit through
working beyond the company's expectations.
Her husband accentuated that Bernie is a very
hardworking woman whose clear visions in life motivated
her children to be the best that they could possibly
become in their own endeavors. Furthermore, Mr.
Madamesila consistently declared that her wife's
unwavering excellence on the job bears tribute to the
Wesnecan spirit that imbibes in her.
"She is a very good mother to her children and always
gives emphasis on education and good health," Mr.
