Extending scholarships to
outstanding students who
artistically talented as form of
music, dance, drama and financially
incapable to pursue higher
education.
Grantees are classified according to
abilities with corresponding
privileges and benefits.
Requirements :
Bio-data indicating previous
cultural experiences/ training (if
any)
Written parental consent
ITR or Certificate of Tax Exemption
of parents
Display of cultural talent
Passes physical examination
Interview
Statement of Commitment
Contract (upon admission, renewable
every semester)
Other requirements as the CAC may
impose upon the applicant
Maintenance and Retention
:
1. Passing grades
in all subjects.
2. Submission of
grades to the scholarship Head duly
noted by the CAC
Director before the enrollment of
the next semester.
3. Failure/dropped
in one subject as provided will
place grantee "On
Probation". Continued
failing marks in the following
semester will mean loss
of scholarship.
4. Deficiency in
1/3 or more of the academic load in
a semester or term will
result to loss of scholarship.
5. Grantee's
subject load will be correspondingly
reduced in accordance
with the Retention Policy of the
school.
6. Failure to
settle accounts of excess units and
other fees will be a
valid ground for
disqualification in the succeeding
semester.
7. Grantees are
enjoined to keep and maintain a high
level of moral
character. They must
not be subject to any proven
complaints involving
disciplinary action or moral
turpitude on pain of losing
the scholarship
privileges and status.
