This belief has been impressed upon Brother Eduardo Cruz Villanueva or Bro. Eddie, an evangelist and radical reformist who at a young age learned how that loving one’s country is among the process for national transformation.

Bro. Eddie was the guest speaker during the symposium held yesterday, November 10, 2009 at WNU-Students’ Activity Center on National Transformation which was attended by the students, faculty and staff of the university. With him were former SEC Chairman Atty Perfecto Yasay, Atty Lyndon Cana and church leaders and pastors.

The symposium aims to advocate righteous governance based on the principles of truth and justice by empowering the youth being the hope of the motherland. He answered queries from the Wesnecan community ranging from employment-jobseekers ratio, oil price increase, brain-drain, insurgency, educational programs, peace and order and youth involvement in national reforms.

Bro. Eddie, a radical student reformist during the 70’s, professor of economics, finance and political economy in Polytechnic University of the Philippines ( PUP ) and Christian evangelist that has helped transform the lives of millions of Filipinos here and abroad.
