Enforcement guidelines for EWM and Energy Conservation
 

1.  Implementation of these guidelines will be the responsibility of the Deans/Directors or head of office as the case may be.

2.  Criminology students will be deputized to monitor the observance of these guidelines by the students. Proper orientation and training will be done prior to implementation. Students with violations will be reported to the office of Discipline, Security and Safety Services for proper sanctions.

3.  Security guards can call the attention of faculty, staff or student that violates these guidelines. Violations will be reported to the office of Discipline, Security and Safety Services for appropriate actions.

 


Penalties for violation as per Admin Guide No. 44s
Revised: August 2008

       

1. First offense         - (a)    written reprimand
(b)    Monetary penalty equivalent to electrical capacity consumed.
 
2. Second offense    - (a)    written reprimand
(b)    Monetary penalty equivalent to electrical capacity consumed.
(c)    Required to attend Solargen Simple Lang Save the Climate Seminar to          be  conducted by RDEO
 
3. Third offense       - (a)    written reprimand
(b)    Monetary penalty equivalent to electrical capacity consumed.
(c)    Required to attend Solargen Simple Lang Save the Climate Seminar to          be  conducted by RDEO
(d)    To perform energy conservation outreach program.
        (Likewise supervised by RDEO)
 
4.  Fourth offense    - (a)    written reprimand
(b)    Monetary penalty equivalent to electrical capacity consumed.
(c)    Required to attend Solargen Simple Lang Save the Climate Seminar to          be  conducted by RDEO
(d)    To perform energy conservation outreach program.
        (Likewise supervised by RDEO)
(e)    1 week suspension
 
5.  Fifth offense       - (a)    written reprimand
(b)    Monetary penalty equivalent to electrical capacity consumed.
(c)    Required to attend Solargen Simple Lang Save the Climate Seminar to          be  conducted by RDEO
(d)    To perform energy conservation outreach program.
        (Likewise supervised by RDEO)
(e)    1 month suspension
 
6.  Sixth offense       - dismissal
