West Negros University reviews applications for transfer admission on rolling admission process. This means that students can apply for admission at any time throughout the year and receive a decision shortly after submission of all required materials.

Although there is not a particular deadline, it is recommended that students apply as early as possible since space in some of our academic programs tend to fill up quickly.

Students have the option of applying directly to the major of their choice or applying as undeclared. Applications will not be reviewed until all of the required materials have been received.

Student must submit the following:

1.   An application for admission

2.   Transfer Credentials / Honorable Dismissal from school       last attended

3.   Photocopy of Transcript of Records from all       colleges/universities attended.

4.   For Public school teachers/government employees, a       permit to study from the Division Superintendent/ Chief       of Office is required

5.   Three (3) copies of 2"x2" recent colored pictures with       white background

6.   Police / NBI clearance when deemed necessary.
