Students from foreign institutions of learning may be admitted upon compliance with all the admission requirements and evaluation of their record by the Registrar's Office in coordination with the Office of the Dean:

The following documents are needed by the University for evaluation:

           Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)

           Student VISA

           Official Transcript of Records in duplicate, duly              authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post in              the student's country, point of origin or legal residence

           Six (6) copies of Personal History Statement (PHS) forms

           Notarized Affidavit of Support including bank statement              in duplicate

           Medical Certificate

Applicants living and/or studying outside the Philippines are considered foreign applicants.
