For Incoming College Freshmen (High
School Graduates)
1. Student/
Applicant proceeds to Guidance
Office for scheduling of
Entrance Exam and
English Placement Test (EPT).
2. Take the
Entrance Test for
free
(Testing Room) and EPT (CELL
Lab. - CICT Bldg.) with
a minimal fee at P40.00 on the
scheduled date.
Applicants who cannot take the test
on scheduled date must
inform the office for a
possible rescheduling of his/her
exam.
3. Encode your
basic information at the Encoding
Area (LAB 3)
4. Entrance exams
are given from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,
Monday to Friday
5. Application for
Admission Results are released
immediately after the
interview
6. Guidance/
Admission Office issues Notice of
Admission/ Admission
Slip to Student/
Applicant who successfully passed
the exam.
7. Applicants may
be admitted on the bases of:
- Performance in the
Entrance & English Placement Test

Interview
-
Grade Point Average
-
Other requisites required by the
specific program
8. Student/
Applicant who successfully passed
the exam and wish to
reserve for a slot
proceeds to the Collection
Management Unit for
payment upon
presentation of the Admission Slip.
(Reservation Fee -
P1,0000.00 refundable)
9. Student/
Applicant returns during the
enrollment period with the
Admission Slip &
Official Receipt.

2. General Weighted Average (Form
138) - signed by the Principal
and marked "Graduate/ Eligible
for admission to College"
3.
Three copies 2" x 2" recent
colored pictures with white
background
4. Result of the Interview with the
Dean
5. Certificate of Good Moral
Character
6. Certified True Copy of Birth
Certificate (SECPA)
7.
Police Clearance when deemed
necessary
8. Medical Certificate signed by
the College Physician (Nursing,
Maritime Studies, Criminology).
