GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. Requirements
for each area of exposure should be duly signed,
accomplished before proceeding to the next area
of assignment.
2. Completion of the required number of hours
for RLE should be observed.
3. Prescribed RLE uniform should be worn in
every area of assignment.
4. Necessary duty paraphernalia must be part
of the complete uniform.
5. RLE handbook/ booklet should be with the
student when on duty.
REPORTING TIME/ WAIVER:
1. Waiver should be passed and duly signed by
guardian/s or student of legal age must be submitted
to the adviser before clinical area exposure.
A student who cannot submit a waiver will not
be allowed to go on duty in the area specified.
2. Students reporting time should be 15 minutes
before the scheduled time.
ABSENCE/ TARDINESS
Absence
– failure to report on duty in the clinical
area for reasons, which may be either excused
or unexcused. Reporting to duty past the 15
minutes allowable for tardiness is considered
as an unexcused absence.
Excused
Absence – an absence incurred
due to Illness, Force Majeure and Attendance
to an official school function and important
professional function approved by the Dean.
