Discipline is necessary for the total development of a
person. Schools are given the authority to discipline
through the school administrators by the Department of
Education Culture and Sports through its Manual of
Regulations.
In
order to train students and pupils develop right
attitudes and values the following violations and
consequences are specified:

Incomplete uniform
o
Improper use of uniform
o
Shouting inside or outside the classroom
o
Failure to submit requirements on schedule
o
Improper haircut and hair color
o
Using bad words against anybody
o
Littering
o
Loitering during class hours
o
Bringing toys to school
o
Not
returning borrowed books and other materials on time
o
Wearing earrings and caps (boys)
o
Wearing unacceptable body accessories
o
Wearing printed undershirts
o
Un-tucked undershirts
o
Using/ charging of cell phones during class hours

Talking back to teachers showing disrespect

Illegal exit from school campus
o
Smoking/drinking in or off campus during class hours

Gross misconduct to the security guard on actual duty

Forging or tampering school records
o
Cheating during tests and examinations
o
Possessing phonographic materials in the campus
Note: Cheating is a serious form of dishonesty. Any
student/pupil who cheats forfeits his/her chance of
getting a possible score for the test.

Category B
o
Possession, use, distribution or brining to school of
dangerous drugs and narcotics
o
Possession of explosives and deadly weapons
o
Joining organizations not permitted by the school which
may endanger ones safety and reputation
o
Frequent or continued violation of school rules and
regulations
o

Category A
o
Any
criminal act which may cause someone’s life within the
school premises
o
Use
of explosives or deadly weapons in threatening someone’s
life within the school premises

Offense - Recommendation for expulsion
Note: When the child is under suspension for a serious
offense, he/she is required to report to school to
perform the task assigned by the class adviser or
Principal.
West
Negros University Integrated School reserves the right
to drop from school at any time a student/pupil who is
considered to be the cause of disturbances or
inconveniences in class or to teachers for displaying
consistent misconduct and undesirable traits.
