Daily Classroom Routine
 

1.       PE and CAT uniforms should be worn as prescribed by the school.

2.       PE uniforms are worn only during PE classes. Students are required to change into their official school uniform immediately after PE classes.

3.       School uniforms must be worn properly and decently. Improper use of it is a serious offense and must be dealt with accordingly.

4.       Undershirt must be tucked. Wearing of printed undershirt is strictly not allowed.

5.       Cravats and bows must be bought at the school canteen to maintain uniformity.

6.       Students/pupils without the prescribed uniform are not allowed to attend classes without the admission slip secured from the guidance office.

7.       Students/pupils are not allowed to wear caps inside the school campus.

8.       The “strict short hair” is the only style allowed for the Elementary and High School boys.

9.       Any student/pupil who made an absence from the class, on his/her return must present an excuse letter duly signed by his/her parent.

10.   Any student/pupil who incurs 10% unexcused absences of the total number of school days is considered dropped from school.

11.   Any student who comes 5 minutes later than the official time is considered late. He/she should secure his

12.   Silence is strictly maintained at the library and at the laboratory rooms. Silence and order must be maintained in the corridors and classrooms all the time to develop an atmosphere conducive to study.

13.   The faculty room is off-limits to students.

14.   Students/pupils are strictly not allowed to loiter at the corridors while classes are going on.

15.   Students and pupils must stay only inside the classroom at the library during vacant periods.

16.   A student/pupil must be required to pay for any damage he/she caused even if it has been done unintentionally.

17.   A student/pupil under suspension from classes for committing a serious offense is required to report to school regularly to perform the task assigned by the principal or class adviser.

18.   Body tattoo is strictly not allowed for students/pupils.

19.   Wearing of earrings is strictly not allowed for boys.

20.   A class adviser reserves the right not to accept in class any student/pupil who fails to bring in school a parent/guardian to discuss with the teacher concerned his/her offense after several reminders made. Instead, he/she will be sent to the library to do research work while waiting for a parent/guardian to come.

21.   Report cards and other important communications must be returned to the class adviser on time.

22.   No student/pupil is allowed to stay in school after 5:30p.m.

23.   Students/pupils are discouraged to wear and bring in school their valuables (cell phones, I-pods, MP4, and the like). The school does not take responsibility for the losses and the liability for their negligence.

24.   Students/pupils are encouraged to bring their packed lunch/snacks and water everyday to ensure safety and good health.

25.   Parents are required to fetch their children after the dismissal time. The school is not held liable for any untoward incident that may happen.
