VISION
A College which produces graduates with enhanced intellectual, social, cultural, economic, and political qualities of the community life and provides access to quality liberal education relevant to national needs and global challenges.



MISSION
The College of Arts and Sciences aims to develop the individual man to be effective agent of change toward the pursuit of good life by exposing students to critical thinking and actual learning experiences in becoming a responsible professional community leader and productive member of the society.


GENERAL OBJECTIVES
The College of Arts and Sciences aims to develop the individual in order to be effective change agent of human life. Learning experiences are geared towards preparing students for responsible community leadership with a sense of honesty, integrity, civic indedness and social responsibility. It further aims to advance the frontiers of knowledge in the arts, culture and sciences through research works and apply the knowledge gained for becoming a useful and productive member of the society.


SPECIFIC AIMS
Specifically, the College of Arts and Sciences aims to produce individuals who can:

  Think, critically and communicate effectively oral and in written form;

Investigate and analyze questions and problems carefully and to present his results and ideas clearly on the basis of valid data and research;

Internalize positive human values and appreciate our country’s cultural heritage;

Manifest desirable attitudes and habits for his improvement as human being; and

Value his unique place in the environment as a custodian of fellow creatures and the natural resources of the bountiful earth.

  Productive, dynamic and responsible leaders, advisers, and guidance counselors who could effectively guide, lead and direct or follow people towards a wholesome and progressive community and country.

Honest and responsible breed of peace officers who shall help realize a peaceful, orderly and just society.

Dedicated and committed professionals with Christian values necessary to strengthen the moral fiber of the nation; and
